| 3 | medium | peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced | ||
| 1/4 | cup | plain low-fat yogurt or frozen yogurt | ||
| In a one quart microwave-safe casserole
combine sugar, lime or lemon juice, vanilla, and allspice. Add
peaches. Micro-cook, covered on 100% power (high) for 2 to 5 minutes
or till the peaches are tender and heated through, stirring once.
