| 1 | pound | ground turkey | |||
| 2-3 | large | bunches of spinach (or 9oz bag), chopped | |||
| 3 | cups | cooked rice | |||
| salt to taste | |||||
| Sautee onions in olive oil until brown. Add the next 5
ingredients and cook for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat,
stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with a little salt. When turkey is done, add spinach and cook 3- 5 minutes until spinach is wilted. Add rice and stir until heated through. Salt to taste. |
