| 1 | Cup | drained crushed pineapple | ||
| 1 | Cup | chopped celery | ||
| 1 | Cup | chopped pecans | ||
| 1 | Cup | reserved pineapple juice | ||
| Dissolve gelatin in water. Add sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Put cranberries, oranges and the rind in a blender. Add cranberries, oranges, pineapple, celery, and pecans to gelatin. Chill. |
